This company installed a very large synthetic putting green on a portion of our acre property Their sales rep, Emily, gave me a bid after I had met with other contractors She said she would meet their bids and throw in lighting as an added bonus for $22,total When she came out to have me sign the written contract, she asked if I wanted lighting included for an extra cost and I reminded her that it was supposed to already be included She then pulled up her spreadsheet on her laptop and said "Oh yes, it looks like I had that line item hidden." she refused to print out her line stemmed spreadsheet for me or give me a copy and said it was for company use onlyThe project was supposed to take 3-days They began in late February on a Wednesday and due to a few days of rain, the project was delayed a few extra days but it ended up taking over a month for them to complete the putting green The real issues however were that they did not install the gopher mesh that was sup
