Install Tech installed my gas dryerI made a special request and they fulfilled it with no problemNo damage or any problemsOne tech (Todd) was especially wonderfulHe really knew what he was doing, was kind, professional etcI even asked him about the other work the company does and he explained to me everythingHe was not in a rush at allHe took his time and really gave a great sales business pitch for future businessI will use them to install a water filter, softener and to add to the electrical box-capacity of my house

Install tech put in a new water heater purchased at Lowes The technician was great and installed with little trouble His "assistant" was not so great He ran the new water heater into my wall cracking the drywall I called Lowes numerous time about the issue They in turn said that Install Tech would be in touch to address the damage I waited a week and no contact was established by Install Tech Since Lowes contracted out to them, they are handling the issue and have said that they would pay for a contractor to fix the damage The installer took pictures of the damage and said that the owner would be in touch with me on Monday about how to address the problem The lead installer seemed to be O.Kbut what do you say about a business that can't claim responsibility for their short comings

Install Tech installed my gas dryer. I made a special request and they fulfilled it with no problem. No damage or any problems. One tech (Todd) was especially wonderful. He really knew what he was doing, was kind, professional etc. I even asked him about the other work the company does and he explained to me everything. He was not in a rush at all. He took his time and really gave a great sales business pitch for future business. I will use them to install a water filter, softener and to add to the electrical box-capacity of my house.

Review: Installtech installed a over the range microwave in my house on 04/10/2014. They messed up the installation. They destroyed my cabinet and the installation was not done properly. I am afraid the microwave is not stable and may fall down. They are refusing to address the issue.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment and apology

Review: InstallTech was a [redacted] subcontractor for installation of a dishwasher on May 31, 2013. Improper install resulted in water damage to my home.Desired Settlement: Need written verification that InstallTech insurer [redacted] will accept fiscal responsibility for repairs to my home as a result of improper installation of dishwasher. As of August 1, 2013, InstallTech has refused to respond to requests by their insurer about the incident.

Review: On 1-11-14 Install Tech sent an installer to our home to install a new dishwasher we purchased at [redacted] Department store and remove the old one.While removing the old one,he damaged our countertop,He acknowledged the damage and said his manager would be in touch with us regarding fixing the damage done.We took pictures of the damage and e-mailed them to the manager, whose name is [redacted].We have called at least 2 times a week asking to speak to [redacted],the manager and have been told each time we have called ,that he is unavailable.We have left numerous messages and he has not returned any of our phone calls.We have also sent several e-mails in an attempt to get in touch with him, and he does not respond to those either.In the past 2 weeks when we have called,no one answers the phone,however,when we call from a phone other than our home phone or cell phones, the call is immediately picked up.[redacted],who answers the phone responds each time stating the [redacted] is not available and when we called again today,by using our cell phone ,the phone just rang.When we called back a few seconds later,using the phone at my job, the call was answered right away.We were told this time that [redacted] was on vacation and there is no one else who is in charge there.It is clear this company has caller ID and refuses to answer when they see it is us.We are asking for the damage to our counter top to be fixed, and after 2 months, it is clear this company is trying to avoid being responsible for the damage to our property.Desired Settlement: We want our counter top fixed and if unable to fix it due to the inability to match the color,then it will need to be replaced.
