We purchased major appliances through BestBuy - a reputed electronics store based on their corporate credibility and having been loyal customers for many yearsWe were told that they would be doing the installUnfortunately just the day before the install we were informed by Installation Management Incthat the installation was outsourced to themTurns out that BestBuy hired XPO logistics as a preferred vendor who in turn hires IMI - Installation Management IncIMI assigned a team of installers who came to the job site, introduced themselves and they were courteousShortly after that their owner arrived with another employee and they just walked into the house unannounced without even introducing themselvesHe had a poor attitude and started demanding additional fees for the installHe then claimed they were licensed professionals but the work was not in their scope so the homeowner would need to get other contractors to complete the installation with additional costsHe basically wanted more money from the customer when the install fee was already paid forHe abandoned the install and walked off the project siteThis company seems to get installation business from a reputable corporate vendor and then they turn around and abandon the projectThey left our refrigerator unconnected for an extended period of time with no concern for the food insideThere is a lack of accountability and credibility and sadly for the customer, one does not know that IMI is doing the work until less than hours before Unprofessional and unreliable

Poor install of dishwasher purchased through Sears. No attention to detail, shoddy workmanship. Had to redo on our own: Drain pipe 4" too short so crimped on the bend, neatly remove the sprayer which was only coiled and crimped (the spot was needed for the vent), and remove the back wheels so it fit better under the counter top since that is where the controls are (at the top of the door), this also allowed the insulation to un-bunch.

I have reviewed the work order, notes, pictures, and had a conversation with the installer. Based on what I gathered, I honestly don't think this was caused by our plumber. However; as a mater of customer service and since this can't really be proven...
either way, I'm willing to send a check directly to you for $35. This should more than cover the time and parts needed for the repair. Please confirm that you acknowledge that this is a fair offer given the circumstances and I will have a check issued and mailed first thing Monday.
