Installations Unlimited cares about all of our customers and we try our bestto help everyone. As we stated in our previous response, we are just trying toassist [redacted] with his concern. He authorized all of the work that we have done forhim. We have looked over his vehicle and made recommendation of what mightbe causing his issue. We have not and cannot guarantee any repairs will fix hisissue. We replaced any part that was worn or in question. We have been willingto look at his vehicle anytime he has asked us to. At this point we do not knowwhat is wrong with his vehicle and/or what [redacted] would like us to do to moveforward.[redacted] can contact me or our service manager Jason [redacted] at [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have called them and been in contact with Steve there service manager because Robert never picks up his line. They said they have done all they can do and will not do more. They cannot even tell me what is broken that is causing this if there so sure it’s not there parts then why can’t they tell me what’s broken? they rebuilt the entire front axel tire to tire it has to be a failed part that they installed. And I must mention I had to pay 100.00$ to another shop to diagnose there driveline failure. The place that made it told me they didn’t grease it when they put it on the truck!And I even purchased new tires to make sure it wasn’t a factor.Bottom line none of the parts purchased fixed any of the issues that I reported to your shop and you recommend me part after part to fix the issue on 2 different ocations after the truck was inspected and driven by your technicians.

In November of 2017 [redacted] came in our location to shop for partsfor his 2004 [redacted]. He spoke with our salesman Jon [redacted]. The customerclaimed he just purchased the vehicle and it was previously lifted and that it hadan airlift system. The customer claimed the vehicle was not driving...

properly andthat it clunked and banged when he went over bumps. He inquired aboutreplacing the suspension parts with a BDS lift kit. The customer claimed he did hisresearch online and he wanted the BDS products. On December 1st we install an8" BDS lift kit. Upon installation of the lift kit we realized the [redacted] drives haft wasto short to properly connect to front axle. The customer was contacted to discussthe options to replace the driveshaft. The customer got upset and postednegative reviews online stating that we were mischarging him for the additionalpart. Installations Unlimited then decided to absorb the cost of the driveshaft toappease the customer. We purchased the new driveshaft from [redacted] andinstalled it for the customer at no charge. The customer picked up his vehicle andseemed to be happy with everything.In February 2018 [redacted] stopped in to our service department and stated hehad a shake in the front end of his truck and requested we look over the lift kit.After inspecting the vehicle and the lift parts we advised the customer that thetruck had some worn out parts in the front end and that his tires were starting towear prematurely. We gave the customer a quote to replace the non lift relateddefective parts. The customer returned February 15th 2018 to have the partsreplaced.The customer returned the next morning stating although the truck feltmuch better, he now feels a vibration above 40mph in 4 wheel drive. At thispoint we pulled the vehicle in and double checked all the suspension, front endparts, and rebalancad the wheels to tr.v and resolve the vibration issue.At that time we did not find any loose or damaged parts that would be causingthe vibration. We asked the customer to drive the vehicle for a few days to see ifthe vibration continues and we would look at the vehicle again to see if theproblem is visible.The customer decided to bring his vehicle to another shop to have thevibration issue looked at. They recommended him to have the front driveshaftlooked at. We advised the customer we bought it from [redacted]. The customerbrought his vehicle to [redacted] and they repaired the front driveshaft at nocharge. We sent the customer a few messages checking on how his vehicle wasdoing and if we could assist him with anything. The customer has yet to respond.Robert [redacted]Store Manager

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter. First of all, the issue of having another shop diagnose issues on the truck with the drive shaft has costed me $100.00, and I expect that to be returned for the reasons I addressed in the previous message.  Which was, a failure on their behalf by not greasing the drive shaft and causing it to seize.  Also, they inspected the vehicle and told me what parts I needed to fix the problem based on the inspection.  They told me I needed $1800.00 in parts to fix the problem, which was to specifically stop the vibration. and I do not believe the parts were broken in the first place as they did not fix the issue, instead it made it worse.  My truck did not vibrate before it came in.  I expect the parts to be returned to stock, or a refund to be issued as they made the problem worse by installing their parts.  The fact remains that my truck came in with a clunk and that was fixed by the lift kit, the vibration came after the lift kit was installed at their shop and became worse after they installed the $1800.00 in parts to specifically fix the vibration.
