After the 8th maybe the 9th return by Ben with the building supervisor present on the last three returns the front vent & J chanel
were replacedIt looks ok but the drip chanels r still an eye soreThe building InsPsigned off on the city requirementsI know I have been screwed by BenI recieved a manufactuers warrenty on the Poliars windows onlyReally cant expect a installation Coto stand behind there work & I would not contact Bens for futher issues which I am sure will ariseafter all we have been thru I request a refund of $for damages incurred by the trama we have experiencd & future work to be done on the drip rails.Regards, *** ** ***
