After the owner contacted me and came out personal my issues have been resolvedHe was polite and helpfulMost of all fixed the problem very quicklyI thank the owner for taking the time to correct his employees mistakes
This company is worthlessIt took the Home Warranty Company attempts to contact this company over a monthThey responded and took a week to make an appointmentAfter showing up they reported no leakI not only have pics of the leaking area but the water dripping into my basement and the bowl that is full of waterSo the response is since its not leaking at this moment there is not a problemClearly from the rotted boards and pics of the leak there is an issueThen they "gentlemen" that contacts me on the phone was extremely rude and treated me like I had no idea what I was taking aboutClearly since I tracked the entire process of the location of the leak to the area of how it is draining into the basement I know the problemIt is very clear the previous person cut the copper to short, and the 2xis pitching the line thus putting to much pressure on the copper that is already to shortI clearly know what I am I talking aboutHis rudeness was out of controlI will be reporting this to the Home Warranty Company alsoI would not let these people back in my home for nothing

This place is an absolute joke! DO NOT do business here! This company was sent to me via American Home Shield. They showed up 2 hours late and then tell my wife that the job is too big to do that day and they would call back the following day. No phone call was ever made. Ridiculous! Must not need the work!
