we took out a title loan on our 2016 kia Rio, we have been paying for many months now, 300.00 a month. they did not inform us that the payments received by this company go to the interest only. if you want the balance to go down you have to pay more to get the principle paid off sooner. What if you can't afford to so your stuck paying a large payment without making a bite into it! disgusted am about ready to let them have the damn car! I am writing this company and then going to submit a complain to the BBB about this. Be aware that when taking a title loan anywhere, the interest is what you're paying on. After months of paying this my balance right now is 2785.55. at 72 that doesn't give me much time you think to pay this in full. My spouse is ill with Parkinson's I am his caregiver otherwise I would work and get rid of this immediately! This company is making money off of good people who are having financial issues, yes, the funds help but for a short time. you end up paying for the rest of your life! my advice? go to family or friends or whatever else but don't do this!

My first loan with Instaloan a couple of years ago was a very surprising experience , they gave me more than I thought I could get for my car and the transaction was so quick they put my money in a credit card and that was it , just had to pay back the loan , but what really makes the experience very satisfying is the girls that work there . they made me feel like I was a customer ! very professional and very caring 2 years ago as you know you could not get that kind of customer service at all ! as a matter of fact even now it's worst ! But again in need of a second loan I went for the second time for a loan to the same store in Sunrise , Florida and not only to my surprise the place look great , again I was greeted by three beautiful woman that were very friendly and very professional and I was asked to sit down and explain my needs , Honestly I was blown away again , Helen Francois and Monique were incredible and even if I could not get a loan , I would of left feeling good by being turn down for a loan , which I wasn't , but you get my point , overall ,
I would give this company a ten star , but there are only 5 . Thank you Helene & Monique and all employees well appreciated!

Review: I applied for a loan through this company and was told I would have the money in my account within a couple hours. They asked me to go purchase a voucher for $200 for verification for the FDIC, I did; when I called them back and told them I had gotten it I talked to someone else and then they told me the other person was wrong and I had to purchase another one for $252 for taxes, against my better judgment I did and they told me it would be deposited within 30 minutes. I talked to them this morning and now the "CEO" of the company is saying that the person that asked me to get the second voucher for the $252 was wrong and they were fired and he is asking me to get another on for the same amount and that he was fired for doing that. I refused to give them anymore money since I was just scammed out of $452 from them and no loan.Desired Settlement: I think I should be able to get my money back that I spent since they said the FDIC was holding the $200 for verification and the other was taken by an employee. This company should be shut down and not allowed to do business anywhere.

Review: I have been receiving numerous phone calls from Instaloan from [redacted], advising me that my loan has been approved. They have assigned me loan #[redacted] BUT I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR A LOAN WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. For more than several calls, I asked them where they received my personal information from but they failed to tell me. I told them to cancel any loan information they have on file for me and remove my name and number from their calling list but I still have been receiving calls. I suspect FRAUD.Desired Settlement: I WANT ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THEY HAVE ON FILE DESTROYED AND I DON'T WANT TO BE CONTACTED AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Review: I applied for a loan online thru [redacted] the Rep a gentlemen named [redacted] number ###-###-#### told me I was approved for $3000.00 after giving him all my info my bank account my social my driver id he told me that was credit score was a little weak and the loan company would require a 1st payment of the loan up front for a good faith payment which was $215.00 and told me to go to Walgreens and put it on a vanilla Reload card ,card scratch number [redacted] I did that he told me ok and to email him a picture of my drivers Id and front and back of the Reload card I did he said ok and he would email me my contract and the $3000.00 will be in my account in three hrs. so I waited three hrs no money he called me back and said they needed additional 170.00 to process the loan I told him no just refund me my money back he said no they can't do that to give him more money I said no refund my money or I would report the company he said go ahead they wont care we do this all the time and you just got scammed and started reading off my account info and threaten to clean out my account.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and want something done to them for fraud
