To whom it may concern: First Data ISP is a sales agent for Ignite Payment LLC and Ignite is the company that is holding funds. Ignite Payments LLC advised us that chargebacks are coming in for fraud that are not being funded by the merchantAll of the chargebacks
are for fraud reasonsThe signer claimed to have had their identify stolen and stated they did not open the account”. If you have further questions in the matter I would ask that you contact Ignite Payments as they are holding the funds in question

I, Lorena B[redacted], opened this merchant account on April 2017 using my driver’s license and passing all identity verifications.  The claim that this account was opened under a stolen identity is FALSE!  Note that the opening of a bank merchant account follows very strict identity verification, and I proved beyond any doubt my identity! Regarding the charge backs, I have submitted responses to ALL my cases, and I have WON all of them except for four cases, totaling $123.60 (my responses consist on sending copies of the signed charge slip with credit card imprint, which completely rules out any fraud claim.  Nevertheless, First Data does not reimburse me once the cases are won:  they deduct my account right away, but they do not re-deposit the proceeds of my won charge backs.  Therefore,  First Data modus operandi to this date is as follows: 1)       They kept the proceeds of my last 5 batches, totaling $4562.90 2)      They debit my account immediately if any dispute comes (charge backs) 3)      Once I won the disputes and the card holder bank reimburses me for any given charge back, First Data keeps that money as well. The only money I owe First Data for charge back concept is $123.60, which was debited on May 2016. Therefore, please note that First Data’s statement are untrue, unfounded and aimed to justify the theft of the proceeds of my sales.
