your records so that all future correspondence is addressed to me personally.First of all, your letter states that this “Complaint Involves: Billing or Collection Issues” - would suggest that the debt involved is disputed, when in fact it is the result of a Judgment issued and signed by a Judge in Jefferson Circuit Court, Division Eleven, Case Number ***If Ms*** Had any valid defenses to this debt she should and could have made them prior to the court's decision or appealed said decisionThis is public record for any interested party to review.Interestingly, I personally discussed this matter with Ms*** and she is well aware of the situationAs to the facts of this Case, yes my office has been successful, via Court garnishment orders in collecting part of the debt owed by Ms***As I verbally explained to Ms***, there remains an unpaid balance that we will continue to pursue until it is collected.The bottom line is that Ms*** doesn't want to pay this legal judgment debt and has contacted your office as a tool to achieve her goal of not paying said debtThank you for your time, but this debt is not in dispute by my officePlease feel free to call if you have any remaining questions regarding this matter.Very Truly Yours,*** ***
