Review: I went in there several months ago for a routine check up. Since then, I have been getting bills for this visit. When I called my insurance company, they informed me that since it was a routine check up; everything was covered. New Generation Medical simply used the wrong billing codes and if they updated to the correct codes in their system, my insurance company could easily pay the claim. I have called to explain that to their billing department three times over the past two months and they still can't get it right. I had questions about my medication, I left the doctor FOUR messages over a period of three weeks and she didn't get back to me.I will NEVER go back here or recommend that anyone else does.Desired Settlement: All I would like is for the staff to USE THE CORRECT BILLING CODES and to stop sending me bills so I can finally put this behind me.
