Mr [redacted] is now stating that he spoke with the owner although in his original complaint he stated that he tried unsuccessfully to reach the owner Which one is it? We offer extended warranties to every single customer that is sold a vehicle Mr [redacted] also signed numerous papers stating that he was aware the car is being sold AS-IS We have offered to pay for half of the cost of repair which is WAY above and beyond what almost every car dealer would do If this isn't sufficient for him, then we will just have to have an unsatisfied customerAt this point, we are done with him and would hope that the Revdex.com realizes that we are making every attempt to do the right thing

To whom it may concern:Mrs [redacted] has admitted to not paying for the truck and she signed an as is agreement which I already provided but I will attach proof that we tried to contact them multiple timesAlso in her first complaint she specifically said she wouldn't give back the truck unless received money back so why would we contact her and try to pick it upWe went above and beyond procedure to help this customer then they decided not to pay that's the bottom lineOnce again we just want out truck back and we will not pursue any legal action for the balance owed. Thanks James M [redacted]

Mr [redacted] is in default of his finance contract He is currently days past due The vehicle has been repossessed by finance company now A letter of default has been sent out to Mr [redacted] that will explain all of his options regarding this situation

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

We sold the car AS-IS This was disclosed to the customer on more than documents that he willingly signed We also offer extended service contracts that he declined to purchase with the car We are going above and beyond in this situation by offering to cover half of the expenses of fixing the car We are under no obligation to do so and feel that he should be extremely happy that we are willing to pay for half of it when we are legally obligated to cover nothing The owners of the company pay our management very well to handle these issues and it is absurd that he feels that they are obligated to call him He has days to let us know whether to work on the car or not and stop filing complaints or we will rescind our offer to pay for half of the work

We went from then till now and they never had a problem with it and then once they got enough money out of it they came and repossessed it like it was normalWe also have another friend that had a similar experienceWe have also made a complaint with the attorney generals office if they would of told us it was unacceptable to double up on payments they had several months to do so but didn'tThey got enough money from us and now the car will be back at their lot for the next sucker they pull one onThe branch in Chillicothe which is the business in question the gentleman was very rude and arrogant when we called Monday morning to get our vehicle backThey also state that our vehicle has been up for repossession several time before which was a lieOur vehicle has never been hide or put awayIt has always sit in our driveway right beside our carThe repo guy that came had explained to me after I had given him the key that he would of never taken my car out of my driveway without the keyWe live on a hill with an incline driveway the gentleman who came to repo the vehicle said he was terrified that the vehicle would push his truck over the hill at the end of our drivewaySo your welcome for turning over the keyOh and that phone that was suppose to be made by the business to us and that Saturday was indeed never made

To whom it may concern:Title was supposed to be sent out but wasn'tWas put in mail today customer should have it in few days

I am rejecting this response because:I was not offered any extended warranty or I would have bought it I even told the owner that to which he made an excuse and also by law the as is paper is suppose to be posted in the windshield at all times it was not it was in the back seat I would also like to point out multiple people saying that the car had to have a top end rebuild before it was sold and what caused the motor to start knocking was in the top end so whoever worked on it didn't do something right and their employees are the ones who brought up the top end rebuild Regards, *** ***

Mr [redacted] is now stating that he spoke with the owner although in his original complaint he stated that he tried unsuccessfully to reach the owner.  Which one is it?   We offer extended warranties to every single customer that is sold a vehicle.  Mr [redacted] also signed numerous papers stating that he was aware the car is being sold AS-IS.  We have offered to pay for half of the cost of repair which is WAY above and beyond what almost every car dealer would do.  If this isn't sufficient for him, then we will just have to have an unsatisfied customer. At this point, we are done with him and would hope that the Revdex.com realizes that we are making every attempt to do the right thing.

To whom it may concern:[redacted] and [redacted] purchased and financed a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from us on 7/1/2016. From that point to now their payment was on time once, late 0-15 days 11 times and late 16-30 days 8 times. There were 34 collection calls made to them over the short period of...

this loan. They were called on May 2, 3, 6, 9, and the 10th and left msgs each time to call us immediately to make payment. On May 12th they finally answered our call and said they would pay the 2 payments they were behind the next day Saturday May 13. On Saturday May 13th late afternoon they had not contacted us to make payment yet so we called them and got no response at this point is when the vehicle was put out for repossession. This was not the first time over the life of their loan that they had been put out for repossession this is just the first time we found the vehicle to repossess it. The customers called in complaining on May 15th about their vehicle being repossessed and I explained to them because of the nature of their account and their payment history that the only way to redeem the vehicle would be to pay it off when 21 days and that they would receive a letter explaining that with the balance due on it. The customers response was that we have always been late and you've never cared before. As far as their claim about monthly payments that is strictly untrue they were setup on bi-weekly payments as is almost all of our customers. They generally did pay 2 payments at a time because they were generally always behind 1 payment with the next payment either already due or coming due in just a few days. If you have anymore questions or concerns feel free to contact us at ###-###-####.Thanks

the expenses of fixing the car.  We are under no obligation to do so and feel that he should be extremely happy that we are willing to pay for half of it when we are legally obligated to cover nothing.  The owners of the company pay our management very well to handle these issues and it is absurd that he feels that they are obligated to call him.  He has 5 days to let us know whether to work on the car or not and stop filing complaints or we will rescind our offer to pay for half of the work.

Mr. [redacted] is in default of his finance contract.  He is currently 20 days past due.  The vehicle has been repossessed by finance company now.  A letter of default has been sent out to Mr. [redacted] that will explain all of his options regarding this situation.

To whom it may concern:On 5/16/2017 [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a 2002 Ford F-250 truck from Instant Auto Sales for $8995 and put $3000 down. They financed the amount $6,667.50 through our finance company for 16 months with a monthly payment of $494.73. They called a few days after buying the...

vehicle complaining of issues. We told them we would fix it if they brought it to our shop. They were unwilling to do that so we went out of our way to buy them parts on our account at an [redacted] Auto Parts close to their home and [redacted] said he could fix the problem himself. The truck was bought under [redacted]'s name and she signed a  buyer's guide as-is document. So we were under no obligation to do anything for them but since we try to do the right thing we bought them the parts to help. After buying them the parts we received no calls back about any complaints. Their first payment was due on 6/15/2017 after multiple collection calls and promises to pay from them we finally received a payment on 7/10/2017 in the amount of $519.73 which included their normal payment plus a late fee. So at this point he had been almost 60 days since they had the truck so if there were other issues or they couldn't get it registered in Pennsylvania I believe they would've contacted us but they hadn't done so that leads me to believe the truck was running fine. Since 7/10/17 they have not made one payment on the truck and have not contacted us or left any messages of any kind and we have tried to contact them numerous times to receive payment and have went as far as to even send messages on their personal Facebook accounts in order to contact them but they didn't respond to any of our attempts. They are 107 days late on their account and $2078.92 behind. We would just like to get our truck back and we would not go after them for the remaining balance. Them asking for money back is not in any way appropriate for the situation since they have made no attempts to pay and obviously have been driving the truck. To resolve this situation we only want our truck back and I repeat will not go after them for remaining balance owed.Thank you for your timeJames McWhorter GM Instant Auto Sales740-779-6383

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

The guy told me to stop making complaints or they were taking the offer down they have my car with no motor in it because they took it out and told me if I "piss them off" I can come get the car and put it back together myself " their employees told me the told end had been worked on but if it wasn't done correctly it would have caused to blow up like it did because cams don't just go out

To whom it may concern:Mrs. [redacted] has admitted to not paying for the truck and she signed an as is agreement which I already provided but I will attach proof that we tried to contact them multiple times. Also in her first complaint she specifically said she wouldn't give back the truck unless received money back so why would we contact her and try to pick it up. We went above and beyond normal procedure to help this customer then they decided not to pay that's the bottom line. Once again we just want out truck back and we will not pursue any legal action for the balance owed. Thanks James M[redacted]
