Keys were turned in I specifically asked if there would be any additional charges, the response was "no". A walk through was NOT mentioned or offered.
We always document damages with pictures and invoices for repairs. The move out statement along with a letter is then mailed out to the past resident at the address left or last known.
I have not received and mail from Parc Bordeaux, the first of any picture are the ones uploaded to the Revdex.com due to this complaint I initiated.
If carpet needs to be replaced due to pet damages or etc. we then prorate the life of the carpet. We do understand wear and tear but also request the apartment is left to us the way it was received.
the pictures submitted are all of the back side of the carpet, water or any other colorless fluid will leave these same marks on the backing, I have seen NO evidence of actual staining on the carpet.
We feel the charges are fair and will not remove carpet charge due to the fact we had to pay to replace it was not able to be sanitized properly for future tenants.
per the neighboring tenant who is always home, she has seen no sign of carpet replacement in my previous apartment.
I feel Parc Bordeux has been negligent in providing disclosure and has been dishonest, I request once again the balance be vacated. I have received numerous threatening calls from a collection agency regarding this bill from Parc Bordeaux this must stop.
I am a disabled person with a heart condition, this harassment is causing me physical distress, I have always paid my debts fairly however this is a form of bullying to get undue payment.
