Unfortunetely, we base our underwriting and lending decisions on your average monthly business bank deposits so those documents are the main piece of our lending requirements. The gentleman new this prior to filling out the application as the list of required documents is on the application and on the web site as well, which he had claimed he did not see. Regarding selling any information to other companies, that is not something that we ever do or have done. Again, this gentleman's credit was never run and we can either return to him the 6 pieces of paper that he emailed to us or they can be destroyed. If any further actions are required please advise.
