Review: I am a hard working american going through some hard times at this moment. my wife just had a baby and I was in need of some money. I have being at my job for 7 yrs. I am only 25. I applied for a quick loan of 400.00. when the loan company"BlackbearAdvance" took $140.00 twice a month for 2 months. I call to confirm that they had already thaking their money from my account and I no longer owed anytrhing and I had complied my contract. it was then that they explained to me that they charged 35 dollars per one hundred dollars. that will be 35 percentage interest (i supposed monthly like it should). it was ok till then, (i was willing to pay 35%monthly), but it was untill they went on to tell me that they take the amount twice per month. That comes up to 70% interest per month!!!!! which they don't tell or don't explain clearly. they are taking advantage of hard working americans like me and they need to stop. somebody needs to stopped them and I want to be the one to do it. to protect inocent hardworking people like me.Desired Settlement: I want them to closed my account and consider my account to be paid in full. they fell to explained clearly important contrat and rules information and to me that is false advertisment.

I will be satisfied with my account being closed and will never, ever seek their services again in my life.

Review: I was looking for a loan, when [redacted] from instant-loan.us called me and said that my application for a loan was approved for up to $1500, I chose $1000, and [redacted] said that my payments would be $185 a month for 7 months, and that I would have to make a $100 up front, good faith payment and they would refund that back with the loan. I got the $100 green dot money pack that [redacted]r told me to get, after giving the money pack number to him, he said to expect a call from him in 10 min to let me know that it went through, or if it didn't then they would refund my money back into my bank account. He called me back to tell me that they required another $100 to give me my loan, and I said forget it I wanted my refund and he said ok it should be back in there in an hour. That was last week and I still have not received my money back. I called him today and he tried telling me that I needed to pay another $100 to get my money. And now he won't answer my calls or return my calls. So I am hoping that you might be able to help me get my $100 back. His number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want my $100 back.

Review: I have a series of inquiries from this company on my credit report dated before my date of birth and I feel they are invading my privacy and illegally accessing my credit report information.Desired Settlement: This company is illegally accessing my credit file. The fullest extent of punishment should be enforced or I will take legal action for privacy issues or invasion of privacy and whatever other charge I can find to bring up. Accessing my credit file with bogus inquiry dates that took place before my birthdate has fraud written all over it.
