The person who made the claim in a web designer who thinks he has the right for us to just give him a domain name because he asks for it. We own the domain name and have spent much time and...
money developing the website ourselves. The client wanted to cancel our service and has yet to pay us any money. We had emailed the new web designer, [redacted] (who filed the claim), twice that we would release the domain name for $150, so we can recover our original costs at least. This is very reasonable and low cost. We then discovered after getting the Revdex.com letter, that we had been emailing this to incorrect email address (we had it misspelled) and he never got these correspondences. This morning we were able to contact him and resolve the issue.
