Review: Company has called residence numerous times despite repeated requests to have number removed from calling list. Caller ID intentionally changed to indicate "URGENT". Residence is on both state and federal do not call list, and another federal complaint has been submitted by homeowner. Recorded message suggests residence will be provided with "free" alert, which is false and misleading. Recorded message also claims residence will receive $3000 in grocery coupons. Recorded message does not include option to opt out of further calls, requiring residence to talk to representative. In doing so, and demanding once again residence be removed from further calls, the representative [redacted] refused to provide me with corporate address.Desired Settlement: State of New York Attorney General prohibit further business practice by identified company.

Review: We were overcharged for service when we cancelled the service due to my husband's death on 4-**-13. Also, we did not receive the refund for the equipment that we returned per the instructions we received from the customer service representative. Our receipt is dated Jan. **, 2009. The Subscriber #[redacted] and the Unit #[redacted]. I have the copy of the receipt which also states that the original was provided to our bank for the payment withdrawals. Our receipt shows we paid the $332 via FEDEX COD, and $365 from our bank account for a total of $697. The receipt states "There is no contract. You can cancel at any time and have your unused portion of the payment and deposit refunded by simply returning the equipment. The phone number for the company is no longer in service. I also have the receipt to show delivery of the equipment that I returned. The person who contacted me about payment said we were under contract and that we owed $365 and it was taken our of our bank account on 4/**/13. I have my bank statement showing it was paid with check paid #[redacted]. I would like to get my money back as soon as possible. Thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Please refund the total of $697.00 as we were in compliance with the terms of purchase and there was no contract, which my receipt states and the deposit for the equipment was to be refunded by simply returning the equipment.
