Review: [redacted] posted an advertisement in LinkedIn looking for a center for their inbound customer service process. There was instant replies from her with all the required details of the process and procedures. They also requested a refundable security deposit of $500 as they had burnt their hands previously with another center. After making the payment, the NDA was signed and the training was scheduled for a week from 10am to 6pm EST, however, [redacted] who was the Product Manager (as mentioned by [redacted] in her email) used to conduct the training for just 2 hours a day giving multiple reasons for his busy schedule. This one week training continued for a month and was left incomplete without any certification by [redacted]. He then informed us that he was asked to leave by the management and they would hire a new trainer as his replacement who would continue with the training. He asked us to raise the invoice for the entire training period (1 month) which would be cleared in 48 hours (as per the company's policy). He also gave us the email address of another person [redacted] who would be responsible for our process. However, till date, we haven't received a single penny from them. Nor do they have ever responded to any of our emails. In fact, [redacted] also informed us to retain the agents till the next update and those days would be billable. But no one including [redacted] ([redacted]), [redacted] ([redacted]), [redacted] ([redacted])and [redacted] ([redacted]) has replied to our emails. They did not share their official email ids stating that would be shared only after we go live and it was against their company rules.Desired Settlement: We need the refundable security deposit of $500 paid by us as well as the payment of the invoice raised for $2624. Also we request you to punish these people for cheating beginners who genuinely want to do business.
