Review: I contact service regarding a WIFI password change. I spoke to a [redacted] and she told me to log on [redacted] and put in code 263928 for she can access my computer. I did,not sure why I needed to. She explained and told me she was checking to see if my computer has been hacked. I told her I don't think so and that my kids gave password to an individual I did not want to have it. She told me that my computer has been violated and it needs to be clean before the password can be changed. I ask her why, and anyways I have some one to clean the computer for me and she ask me why did I call them then. I explained to her that I wanted at that moment a password change for my WIFI. I said why are you speaking to me like that. I said never mind and she hung up and left my computer in safe mode. I called back and ask them to take my computer out of safe mode. I spoke to a representative man and he tried to help me by telling me to hit the start key and continue to hit the function 8 key and then select safe mode with network. I did but my computer is still in safe mode he stated you can use the internet I told him I want my computer out of the safe mode black screen (back to normal). I waited and hour or so and called back and spoke to [redacted], who stated I would have to pay for them to take my computer out of safe mode after I explained to her what happened:she stated how do we know that they did that. I said I am sure you have a record of my number and conversation of me calling and why would I make this up. She hung up. I called back and spoke to a another representative Zean and he just told me to push start and hit the function 8 key after and hour has pass and explained that is what I did from the 2nd person I spoke to.Now I am writing this letter with my computer still in safe mode. I just want my computer off of safe mode.Desired Settlement: I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.
Review: on march 7th 2014 they took two checks out of my checking acc. one for $349.99 and one for $249.99 they were to return the check for $349.99 that they never did. After many calls they have yet to return the first check. The last call I made in July 2014 they told me they sent the money back. when I asked was it A check or did they return it to my bank they did not know,I asked them to fax me A copy of the canceled check they said they did not have A Fax to send me A Copy.Desired Settlement: I would like to get A refund of the two checks I do not see anywhere they are servicing My acc. I would like at least the $349.99 that they owe me returned.
