I had to stop her from hanging up on me. Then after stating that she would not do business with my husband and would only deal with me and I could not be there she refused us service and said "are we done here now". 107 degree heat index in FL and I have two little girls and because she didn't like the way she was talked to..which was out of my control. I am refused service! Maybe if she didn't initially jump off with an attitude people wouldn't speak to her that way.

I had a very positive experience. The serviceman came out to fix my air conditioner. The thermostat was bad. After he fixed it, he went and examined the entire system to be sure it was in good working order. I am writing this review two months after the service, and all is still working great. My husband and I recently received a call from our tenants stating that our rental house would not cool below 78-80 degrees on days that were in the 90's. Our house is covered under American home shield so we called to request service, They sent out Family A/C, the technician set up a time with our renter and all was good. We went to the house to meet with the technician and he had already left (less than 40 min) telling our renter that he would contact us but the unit is just old and there was nothing they could do. My husband (mechanic of 30 years) called the technician and asked what the pressure readings of the unit were and what work was done. We can not vouch for the work he said he completed since we were not present when he was there. We did however call for a second opinion since there was obviously still a problem since the house would not cool below 80 degrees. The second company that the insurance company sent out found that the 2 bottom coils on the compressor were rotten.
