I am almost certain this business is a tax fraud front. I dealt with *** and he seems to be the only one that handles any business there. He collected my info for my taxes, and charged me a $400 fee that is supposedly being removed from my tax return. My taxes say they are still being processed. I asked him months ago to find out what's going on and he claimed that the accountants can't so that. Which is untrue. No one answers the phone when I call during business hours. No one responds to my emails and the phone number they claim is for texting them claims to not be associated with the business. And investigation needs to be done into this business and it's legitimacy.

Finish the job I want them to handle my taxes and deal with the idea on my behalf to get my return back. But I believe the person who goes by *** at this location committed fraud and took the return.

We have spoken with the client numerous times regarding her Tax Return. Her current status per the IRS website says "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available". We've advised that this tax year "2019" has had major delays since the government shut down, etc which are out of any Tax professionals control. ***, who is one of the managers at Instant Tax Solutions plus has communicated to the client that she should call the IRS to find out if there is any missing information needed in order to expedite the process. Direct phone numbers to the IRS have been provided via text message. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has rules for tax preparers and which ones can contact them on behalf of a client. Having a PTIN allows Tax preparers to submit and file taxes, but does not allow a tax preparer to contact the IRS on behalf of a taxpayer. This information has been provided to the client as well. Lastly, every client must review and sign all documents regarding tax return amount and preparation fees before the return is submitted. We have this clients signed documents acknowledging all terms and fees.

They are lying about having contacted me several times. They never explained to me that they couldn't call the irs because they weren't licensed to do so. They just said no tax preparer could...which is not true. Only certain ones can't. They charged me $400 for a basic tax return. I am a w2 employee. I don't own a home and I don't have multiple jobs or investments. I assure you it was the most basic of returns. This is price gauging considering they can't even contact the irs on my behalf. I was only ever contacted by one person named *** - literally never anyone else despite requesting someone other than him contact me. And when he did speak to me months ago it was via text and he was obscenely rude and purposefully vague. This detailed paragraph they sent you was NOTHING like the communication I received. If they had sent this detailed explanation perhaps I wouldn't have felt the need to contact the Revdex.com. I am generally a reasonable person and work a client facing job myself. I know the importance of good customer service. Once I signed those documents, any kindness or care on their part vanished. This business is the most unprofessional, shady tax preparation business I've ever utilized and you should consider further investigation into their business practices because if they are ripping a small worker like me off, I am certain there is more price gauging/ misrepresentation happening.
Again, this client is upset because she has not received her refund. Understandable. Her status is pending with the IRS. We are unable to contact the IRS on her behalf. Since tax season is seasonal, our office manager *** is the only person that is available out of season to speak with. There is no further assistance that we can offer at this time. Her file has been summited to the IRS. If she was not happy about the fees, she was welcome to walk away and not sign or go forward with submission.

My taxes had already been prepared by the time I was made aware I'd be paying $400 dollars. I was quoted at $125 on the phone for basic returns. (Which mine most certainly was!) and then handed over all of my personal information and the work was done. Terrible business practices. Should be ashamed of yourselves for the price gouging and absolute disregard for your customers. I wanted to support a small business in my area. But that small business took advantage of me.
Yes, the quote over the phone was just that. A quote / estimate which was subject to change depending on what was needed to complete the return. After all the work was done and completed, the final numbers are presented to the client. AT that time the client still has the option to disagree and walk away if they are not satisfied with the fees or return amount. Again, this client signed all documents agreeing to all terms.
