I had this company fix a complex problem with my 4k UHD Samsung TV. They sent a very courteous technician to my house to diagnose and fix the problem. The technician they sent had 40 years experience fixing electronic equipment and to me, a former computer systems architect, he soon proved that he was very skilled. The problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. The required replacing computer board, test, and then returning it to my home. From my initial service call to re-installing my TV took about 24 hours. I am very pleased that the company provided this service for a very low fixed fee that covered unlimited labor and also gave a very reasonable price for the replacement board and also a one-year parts and labor guarantee. I am also very pleased that this was done with the convenience of a simple service request and prompt house call.
I want to report a recent pleasant experience with a local electronics repair shop.
They are a Samsung certified repair shop and I found them while searching for exactly that kind of place. While dealing with them I discovered they repair a wide variety of electronics, and many brands.
They are known to me as Instant TV Repair, but their service receipts show simply the title of TV's Repairs. They are located at 4625 N Manhattan Av Suite A (at Cayuga St) in the Drew Park area. The place is operated by two guys, Alfred (younger) and Alberto (older).
Their service receipt shows the phone number of 813-808-6613; I am fairly certain that is Alfred's cel number. I first reached them by dialing 813-421-4994 which I believe is the shop number.
I was initially looking for repair of my highly valuable Samsung DVDR-VCR combo machine. It is becoming very difficult to find these combo machines period.
I was initially very reluctant to allow the machine to leave my possession because I know of instances where a rare and 'no longer available' electronics machine was stolen by a repair shop and the machine's owner was given a song-and-dance explanation of the machine's disappearance ; and was offered a brand new machine as a replacement for the lost item. Of course the newer machines did NOT have all the features included in the older (rare and 'no longer available') machine.
In summation, I am very pleased with this repair shop. They were Honest; they were diligent; they were inexpensive; they were as quick as they could manage !

They delivered a still- broken tv to us with promises of fixing and never did - it's been months and we have tried reaching them and they say they are coming to fix it then eventually stopped answering our calls. They are thieves that's why the police will handle them. LADRONES LADRONES!!! I will never stop posting until everyone knows that you are a bunch of THIEVES!!!!!
