Instapour

Was charged twice for something I never received. Was given a false FedEx tracking number. Was told I'd get a refund but instead they just charged me AGAIN. These people are criminals.

I placed a monthly subscription on Nov 28, recvd confirmation on the 29th. Received email Dec 5 stating it was shipping out Dec 19. Dec 22 I wrote to [email protected] regarding missing product as the fedex info was not even a fedex #. Dec 26 received email from Paul Steketee the Founder that orders were delayed and would let me know next day. I have not heard anything back and emailed paul@instapour, the fulfill email and nothing, several times. I filled out the refund request form and nothing, tried calling and nothing. Tried to cancel but website was down apparently and then Jan 4 I was charged again for another shipment I have not again received. This company should be ashamed for scamming people. If I lived in NY id be on their doorsteps. Do not do business with this company.

I attached some emails that were written back to the email address with no response Also I received a phone call from the CEO saying hes going to refund the payments to my account which were actually payments of however there was no activity yet the number which was called on the
number ###-###-####But no actions were taken
