We will reach out to *** today to send a replacement wheel, tire, and tube. I'm not sure if he tried calling or emailing first, however, the product has a year warranty from date of purchase

We reached out to [redacted] today.  We ordered a replacement battery to be sent out to her.

The Kia Sing Along Soul does not come with a parental remote control.  The speed control is located on the gear shift, and is a screw that can be adjusted to control speed.  We will contact them today and troubleshoot why the car won't start.
