I am sorry that it took me so long to respond but as you know I was on surgical leave and have just returned.I apologize for the mistakeThis was our mistakeThe gentleman had made a payment and my front desk person wrote it on a charge sheet so the biller billed itOur errorWe have notified the gentleman of the mistake and written off the charge and have notified his insurance company of the error so that they can correct on their endWe apologize for any inconvenience for the patientThank you for letting us know about this issue and again I assure you that this is resolved and we do not use our patients as ATM machinesIf you need anything further from me please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,Susan M***
