Dear Ms, [redacted] , We have researched the complaint submitted by Ms [redacted] to the Revdex.com on 11/09/Ms [redacted] registered on August 24th, for a seminar in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to be held on October 11th, Ms [redacted] ernailed our office on October 6th, that she would not be able to attend and subsequently requested a refund via emailMs [redacted] sent a second request on October 9"', confirming that we received her original requestMs [redacted] was contacted by our staff on October 12"', 2017, via emailAt that time she was provided with options available per our cancellation policyWe received the reply from Ms [redacted] on October 12u', requesting a cash refundMs [redacted] called our office on November 9th, inquiring about her refund and was upset to learn that it had not yet been processedMs [redacted] requested to speak to management, however management was not available at the time and Ms [redacted] declined to leave a message and promptly hung up on our registration assistantThe refund for Ms [redacted] was successfully processed on November 10th, Our staff contacted Ms [redacted] on November 21st, and on November 27th, to folland confirm she had received her refund from her credit card companyUnfortunately, we have not been able to personally speak to Ms [redacted] since processing her refundWhen a customer with Institute for Brain Potential voluntarily requests a refund, it is less a $administrative fee, per our company cancellation policyAlthough we strive to process all requests within days of cancellation, during our busy season our customers are advised it may take up to 30-days for processing by our management teamWe apologize that this message was not delivered to Ms [redacted] upon her initial request for refund via emailWe have addressed the communication failure on our part and are working to resolve this matterWe are including a copy of the refund transaction from our credit card companyPlease do not hesitate to contact me should you need any further assistanceRegards, [redacted] Office Manager

I received a damage claims check today 10-08-2015 from here to there movers. It's funny how I file a claim against them and all of a sudden they send me a check. I want to thank the Revdex.com for your help. I find this claim closed.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to personally speak to Ms. [redacted] since processing her refund. When a customer with Institute for Brain Potential voluntarily requests a refund, it is less a $15 administrative fee, per our company cancellation policy. Although we strive to process all requests within 10 days of cancellation, during our busy season our customers are advised it may take up to 30-days for processing by our management team. We apologize that this message was not delivered to Ms. [redacted] upon her initial request for refund via email. We have addressed the communication failure on our part and are working to resolve this matter. We are including a copy of the refund transaction from our credit card company.
