On August 5, I went to the Institute for Caregivers Education office and filled out the paperwork for the class that was to start that monthI paid a $application fee and a $Criminal History Record Information Check fee (Receipt [redacted] )Both of which are non-refundableI then paid $for the CNA course (Receipt [redacted] )on August 18thA week before the class was to start I received a phone call stating that the August class would not be startingBut it would be starting on September 21, A week before the September class was to begin I received another phone call stating that the September class would not be startingI was told that the class would definitely start on October 12, I explained to MsAnnette that I was going to be interviewing for a jobAnd, if offered to me I would be accepting itI asked her about a refund and she told me that it would not be a problemI was offered the job and accepted itI then called MsAnnette on either October
