Regarding case #*** Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this person's complaint On Feb25th we received payment for ISA certification credential fee thru paypal from Angry Wife Fishing CoThis fee was to convert an exam taken at their college/university
as outgoing assessment. The certification/credential is offered to students who pass the exam Angry Wife Fishing Co. made the payment before the college/university had even returned the exams for processing. There was extra communication back and forth to request his name, his school, his transcripts and forms. With a few days or more in between each interaction. Approximately four weeks passed from the time we received the final paperwork and details from the customer and when we were prepared to ship the certificate packageThen we received a complaint made to PayPal, we responded. Paypal requests that we work the issue out with the customer before they have to make any determination for repayment. We responded that his certificate was ready to go that week but if he did not want it any longer to let us know and we would refund his fee. He did not respond for weeks at which time he indicated he still had not received anything so he wanted a refund. I responded I thought there was a miscommunication because we were waiting for his response before we mailed. We then refunded his money and let him know if he changed his mind we would be happy to work with him Then about a week letter we received the letter from Revdex.com indicating he filed a complaint with you We do not feel we did anything wrong. I don't think it is wrong to have a week time period for shipping especially with the extra processing and communications were going back and forthHe has since been refunded the fees and the matter is closed. He is still eligible for the certification if he would like to try again.
