Institute for Integrative Coach Training

The instructors, course material, and classes at The Institute of Integrative Coach Training are phenomenal. I love how the class sizes are small enough that we can get to know everyone and learn from everyone's experiences and large enough that we have a vast amount of differences and perspectives. The instructors are coaches who have been in the field for years and have so much more to offer us than I thought I would get out of the program. I am so glad I have had the opportunity to learn from people I look up to and can't wait to see who else comes out of this amazing institute.

Great program overall! Support is next level! Well laid out learning plans, a diverse group of teachers of which to draw inspiration and insight. I looked at a few different schools for coaching and other modalities, and and narrowed it down to Institute for integrative Coach Training based on an in-depth conversation with the Director. Right from the start I felt supported, and that there would be lots of value gained through the program.

Upon attending my first in person sessions, and I knew I had made the right choice as the sessions were well laid out, lots of demonstrations given, room to practice, and other seasoned coaches each with their own expertise to draw inspiration from.

After the program the support continues with biweekly meetings and coaching demos, and space to ask questions. I cannot recommend the school highly enough!

I recently completed all the requirement to become a Certified Professional Integrative Coach. Going through the IICT program was the best decision I could have made. The excellent course work, training, and support from Laurel and all the expert coach instructors have helped me to feel confident and prepared to be the best coach I can be. Even though I’ve completed the program, I am still being supported by various staff coaches, my cohort coaches, and through a twice per month coaching round table. It feels like a family that wants me to succeed and is cheering me on to pursue the coaching and programs I want to create. I highly recommend IICT. You will not find a better place to fulfill your dream of being a coach.

I highly recommend the Institute for Integrative Coach Training. It was a life-changing experience for me personally and professionally. There are several programs you can choose from, however, in choosing ICT you'll be assured of the highest quality and prepared to enter into the coaching world.

Great school, lots of support during and after the program ends. The processes are detailed, laid out in depth With plenty of examples. Many different perspectives to draw from.
