P[redacted], Esq., Paralegal Program Coordinator, attempted to return [redacted]’s call within the hour, however, the call would not go through (a quick busy signal). The next morning, on February *, 2016, Ms. P[redacted] contacted the University at which [redacted] was registered and requested additional contact information for her. [redacted] left another message during this time with the same phone number and while Ms. P[redacted] attempted to call her back, once again the call would not go through. Shortly thereafter, Ms. P[redacted] received both an email from the University with [redacted]’s email address, as well as a direct email from [redacted]. Within five minutes of receiving [redacted]’s email, Ms. P[redacted] responded and informe d her she had tried to call her back several times – both the evening before and same day – and had reached out to the University for an alternate way to contact her. Ms. P[redacted] also informed [redacted] she had reached out to the printer for a shipping status, would get back to her as soon as she had that information and included direct links to access digital versions of the books. [redacted] thanked Ms. P[redacted] for her quick response and gave her an alternate phone number for contact purposes. On February *, 2016 at 10:30am, Ms. P[redacted] forwarded book shipment information to [redacted] thanked her for the information and requested a refund of her shipping charge of $35.95. Thereafter, the refund of $35.95 was processed via [redacted], confirmation number [redacted]. The book ordering website states delivery takes 3-8 business days.
