Review: ICE is a culinary school. And I believe that school provides a service therefore it is a business. They provide you with an education. With that said, the school does NOT provide proper filing application deadlines leaving the applicant unaware if classes are filled. It also leaves the student out of the fee. I have emailed the school several times requesting that my application fee be returned to me as they did not help me find appropriate forms of students loans that I would be able and reasonable pay back. However, they were nice enough to ask me for a $15,000 up front deposit of my own savings. I think the school should refund me my 85.00 application fee.Desired Settlement: Refund of 85.00
