I am responding to the complaint regarding the transcripts requested by former Citrus Heights Campus student *** ***Conversations between our registrar and Mr*** began March 20, when the procedure to obtain an official transcript was explained to Mr***, He was informed that he
would need to send a request in writing and pay $for a copy of his official transcriptSee attached copy of request from Mr***, received May 6, We received payment by phone may 3, prior to the receipt of the letterThe registrar was not aware payment had been mailed and received by Mr*** Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to each individual that interacts with our schoolsIn this case circumstances did not allow that to happenWe hope Mr*** future contacts with the school leave him with a sense of having been properly served Please let me know if you have any questions Sincerely *** ***
