Review: I ordered Madison cabinets from Instock Cabinets on December *, 2015 for $4,300.00. I spoke and ordered with Mr. A[redacted]. My order consisted of 28 boxes but I only received 19 boxes. I spoke with Messers A[redacted] and Mehmetha regarding the missing boxes. They both confirmed that I should have received 28 boxes but that I should call the shipping company for my missing boxes. I explained to them that I live out of the country and that I had no dealings with the shipping company, I only dealt with Instock Cabinets. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions but they have made no attempts in finding my cabinets. All I get is that they took 28 boxes to the shippers and I should contact the shippers. I called the shipping company and was told they received and sent 19 boxes. It has been more than a month and no attempts have been made by Instock Cabinets in sending my missing cabinets. The cabinets costs $4,300 and I only received half of my order. My kitchen is half done with dishes left in boxes. They are not taking responsibility for their error. I need to have my entire order delivered to me. Instock Cabinets insists that they cannot help me the problem is between the shipping company and myself. I need this resolved as I am out of my cabinets and out of $4,300. I have not received an apology or any attempt to get my missing cabinets. Please help me in getting my entire order. I am out of the country and cannot get this easily resolved. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I need my missing cabinets and they have been paid for already.

Review: Instock Cabinets was given more than 4 examples of the same cabinet design that they sold to us so that they could replace 3 cabinet doors, 1 false under the sink door and 1 above sink arch. When first installed the cabinet doors were not completely in stock. When the rest of them came in they were of a different design or they were a different size. It has been 13 months now and still no cabinets. I even spoke with the distributor. They stated they returned the cabinets back to Instock Cabinets. Every time I go there they don't have them. They show me different designed doors. I have showed copies of the receipt with serial design numbers, given the doors off the other cabinets, gave the examples from the original purchase. The people that work there [redacted] and [redacted] do not return phone calls, nor pick up the phone and every time I call they are all of a sudden not in the office.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to come to the house with the proper cabinets and install them once and for all or otherwise replace all cabinet doors with the same cabinet design.
