We placed an order on 10/21/17. We received the order close to the promised ship date. One of the base cabinets was missing the door and the wood facing on the drawer. I've called Instock Kitchens many, many times and sent emails. I've been told on the phone and by email that the missing items have been shipped, but that is not the truth. Almost 7 months have gone by and I've received nothing but promises. This is absolutely unacceptable and I'll be warning everyone not to order from this company.

Started out a great experience. The design seemed ok. Paid everything up front and then it all went to hell.Was promised a certain date then didn't receive a phone call from freight. Called the company and was told it wasn't even scheduled for leave the facility! I had to threaten to cancel the order for anything to happen and then nothing really even happened then. Had to get a refund for the assembly fee so that I could get the cabinets shipped out I thought! Well I placed the order on !/13/17 and I STILL do not have cabinets. Like I said I have been promised 3 different delivery dates and nothing. Customer service is nonexistent. Alaina is the customer service manager and is currently taking inventory and will not call me back. This is such a JOKE! Very very unhappy to say the least!!

Review: Cabinets were ordered after speaking with [redacted] and him seeing the list of cabinets being ordered and built. The cabinets were to be shipped on Friday, April 19 with delivery on or before April 26. To date, not information has been sent regarding shipping or delivery. Emails have been sent every day asking for updates.Desired Settlement: The cabinets to be delivered ASAP with quality construction, in excellent condition with correct wood and color.

On 4/11/2013 the order was placed with our company and also with our outside vendor. The communication to the customer has been that once we received the product that we would assemble and ship it out.

Product left the vendor on 4/18 was receivedf in house on 4/23 and on 4/24 and 4/25 assembly began. Order is scheduled to be shipped from our location on 4/29 and customer should have within the week as the product is going to Florida.

We make every attempt to deliver all purchased products in a timely manner to every customer. We regret any confusion regarding the delivery.

I am rejecting this response because:

I still have never received any communicastion from the company. I have sent emails, made phone calls & left voice mail messages, submitted online form contact me requests. Every communication has stated, please send me or call me with an update and tracking information. They state the cabinets are in house and shipping, but no response to me directly. I am not confident they are telling the truth. I would think customer communication would have been sent after receiving complaint.

This order was shipped via Fed Ex on Monday -- tracking number is: [redacted] and I just checked and the cabinets are in transit and should be received on Thursday according to the delivery schedule.

I will be following this along with the Director of Customer Service to ensure that the delivery takes place.

I am rejecting this response because:

Yes, they gave a tracking number; however, the information says 3 boxes and as of Friday at 610pm have not been delivered. This is to be a shipment of 15 cabinets, trim, wood panel, and rolling shelves. 3 boxes? Until delivered in full with no damage, I am not accepting their response.

Review: I ordered a complete kitchen set of cabinets and most arrived damaged. I was told if items arrived damaged, parts would be shipped out immediately. I sent a completed parts list and have received no parts as of yet. Customer service informed me the parts have shipped but will not provide a tracking number and no parts have arrived to date.

Also, there were design flaws with the design team that fail to be dealt with. These flaws have caused my kitchen to function improperly. Some doors hit other doors and the dishwasher will not fit the space allowed.

I was lead to beleive by this company that they were Revdex.com acredited which is why I ordered from them. However, after the order, and my escalated problems. I clicked on their acreditation and it forwards me to a page that shows the acreditation has been revoked. I feel this is a false advertising and the company is using this false accreditation to lure in unsuspecting buyers.

I would like the parts I need to complete the project as well as the parts I need to fix the design flaws. I feel this is only fair as I paid timely and have received very poor service.

Please help me resolve these issues. I have tried extensively to deal direct with instockkitchens but they fail to close the deal. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I desire to have what I paid for and what was promised to me. I would like the design flaws fixed by the correct parts at instockkitchens.com expense. Also, I want the parts as requested to be shipped so I can finish this project.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have receieved 2 shipments and one was damaged. Neither shipment contained all parts that were needed. I was told the last order from [redacted] would contain all parts but it did not. I can attach the emails from [redacted] if needed. This issue has been ongoing for far too long.
