Non reciept of purchase product #1092388
I bought a part on the 28th September 2022, and after many enquiries from my side. I was inform they waiting on Denon for stock and they have back orders. I have now opted for my refund and now my emails are not be replied to. I feel that their no responses to my email is disrespectful.

Paying original manufacturer pricing for No name knock offs is embarrassing.
The company did give me a refund after I fought with them over a month. Their shipping fees are way too high and the quality of their products is extremely poor.
I would never go back to this company and feel that the lies that they've tried to come up with are complete garbage. You wouldn't accept buying a [redacted] food processor and accept some no name hand blender as said item that you paid lots of money for and no DJ in their right mind should buy from their website.
