to complain he was irate, screaming something about he is payments behind and using the "F" word repeatedlyOur manager tried to calm him down and get the facts but *** *** continued his abusive rant and would not calm down enough to converseThe call was terminated according to company policyAfter he hung up we looked into the matter with what little information he gaveThe results are aboveUnder circumstances we would offer a repair at a reduced labor rate, but if he is months in arrears on his payments the car will likely be repossessed before we can get to repair it
