We offered to repurchase the vehicle.Response-Yes, Napleton offered to repurchase the vehicle at a $discount.2) We've offered discount on an alternative vehicle purchase.Response-Yes, Napleton offered a discount on an alternative vehicle purchase where I would trade in my newly purchased car for a $discount.3) We offered to repair the vehicle at our internal cost.Response-Yes Napleton offered to repair the vehicle at their internal cost which was more expensive than a local certified Volkswagen repair shopAlso, there is no way I was going to allow Napleton's inept mechanics work on my car when they couldn't spot an oil leak, a water pump leak, and inoperative interior light.Mr [redacted] has declined to proceed with any of our offers in assistance.? In addition, he had attempted to fraudulently cancel his credit card payment due to goods and services not being provided.? I understand the customer's concern. In diagnosing this issue, there was no way we could have addressed the issue at fault before completing the first diagnosis and repair thereafter. There were multiple issues at fault and unfortunately the main issue could not be addressed
before making the first repair. I am happy to address the concern and make any further repairs at our internal pricing, or offer a $savings certificate on a new/used vehicle purchased from our store. The customer can choose which option he/she would like. -*** W

I am rejecting this response because: I have the paper work stating "we owe" a second key for the vehicleI will gladly bring it again to the dealership to show youI was told a while ago by your used car sales manager that the agreement you made with me will not be valid because the salesman no longer works for the businessIt's no longer a problem because I steered away many customers from the business due to your lack of honesty and commitment to the customer.

I have since offered to repurchase the vehicle as a trade in for value between $7000-8000, offered discounted service should he choose to repair at our shop, and also offered a $future purchase certificate should he choose to do business with our dealership The customer has since

Summary:Car was returned to dealer within days after purchase thereby meeting the 15-day requirement of Illinois State Law.Auto mechanic strike 8/1/2017-9/17/2017.Dealer had possession of the car for more than two months and ultimately refused to provide repairs except paint chips.Customer tried to negotiate with the dealer numerous times to no avail.My out of pocket costs to repair the car $3351.28.? Conclusion:Napleton Schaumburg Buick knowingly sold a used vehicle with major mechanical defects.Napleton Schaumburg Buick intentionally delayed promised repairs in order to circumvent Illinois Consumer Protection Laws.By initially returning the car to the dealer in days after purchase, customer is entitled to the protections of the warranty under Illinois State Law.I now own a car for $16,which Napleton politely offered to buy back for $8,000!

I've offered to take the car in on trade at reduced value, a discount on servicing, and also a $certificate for any vehicle purchased from a Napleton store good for days.? Other than that, my offers are complete.? ? ? -Kyle W

I am rejecting this response because: Kyle *** offered me $for a car that I just purchased from them, Napleton Auto Group for $13,000!! And as far as having Napleton Auto Group repair the car I had just bought from them, I've already been ripped off by Napleton, why would I let them repair the car at their inflated prices! Even with Napoleon's "so called" discounted repairs, I've had the car repaired at a reputable mechanic for less than Napleton quotedNapleton Auto Group held the car under the guise of making repairs to circumvent the Illinois Consumer Protection Laws which would have allowed me to return the carKyle *** at Napleton Auto Group lied and ripped me off
