I am so happy to write a positive review regarding a company and there sales person to include the office person that requested some information from me to complete the transaction. So you see employees at Insulation Plus Inc. will to what they say they will do and not give customers the run around adding items that one you do not need and two you can not afford. All at an affordable price and adjusted to my/your budget. The sales person tried to find me rebates from my local electric company he gave me a military discount and I could not be more happier with my choices. I replaced an old inefficient water heater with a high efficient hybrid heat pump water heater, two Natural Light Solar Attic Fans,( which uses solar cells to run fans that extract at least 40% heat and moisture in the winter then the standard ventilations mechanisms used in construction), their workers sprayed insulation R-38 in my attic all of which saves me approximately $200.00 each month.
Insulation Plus did an amazing job on my home. Steve came out and gave me a free estimate with absolutely zero obligation, was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I had 3 other companies come out and tried to charge almost double what Insulation Plus had quoted me, with some trying to sell me solar systems (which I was not asking for). So I called Steve back and decided to go with them. The radiant barrier install was done by two professional gentlemen (Justin and Mike, I believe) who let me watch the entire time and took the time to explain why they were installing things certain ways. 60 days later, my bill has gone down, and my attic is 30 degrees cooler. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors, and would recommend to anyone who wants professional work done by an honest company.
Insulation Plus came out to my home and did a beautiful job. The salesperson was very polite and knowledgeable of the entire process. They walked me through everything I needed to do, helped me get financing, and worked with my budget! My husband talked to the installers and felt they both were more than competent and did a great job! A month and a half after installing the radiant barrier and attic fan, my attic stays about 25 degrees cooler and my bill has noticeably decreased. I have recommended Insulation plus to me friends and family and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a hard working and trusting company. I had no complaints with the work!!
