I was told they would bill my insurance companies firstThey did notThird why when I was told by Insulet Corps Billing Supervisor, [redacted] that she would "personally handle this" at the beginning of the year, was I not refunded then? Fourth why did I need to call Insulet Corp agaian to ask "where is my refund?" to be told " We received payment from your Insurance Company and we have no reason why you have not received a refund but we will expedite a refund by sending you a check that can take to weeks to get to there."I have not received a refund as of yetI believe it is obvious why I'm complaining to the Revdex.comI have read multiple complaints against this companyI wonder how many other costumers and insurance companies they have cheated? "The check is in the mail and why am I complaining to the Revdex.com?", is basically their response. That is a pathetic response to my complaint. First of all, IF the check is in the mail, this company has lied to me on multiple occasions. Second WHY is there a check in the mail when Insulet Corp. charged my credit card to take the funds not yet due them? I was told they would bill my insurance companies first. They did not. Third why when I was told by Insulet Corps Billing Supervisor, [redacted] that she would "personally handle this" at the beginning of the year, was I not refunded then? Fourth why did I need to call Insulet Corp agaian to ask "where is my refund?" to be told " We received payment from your Insurance Company and we have no reason why you have not received a refund but we will expedite a refund by sending you a check that can take 4 to 6 weeks to get to there."I have not received a refund as of yet.
