Review: I was told by a woman named [redacted] that I could return my system for a full refund less shipping and handling. I was not charged for shipping or handling, at least it was never shown on my invoice. So I don't think I should have that deducted. Anyways, The company offers a 60 day money back guarantee. I called for my RMA# within that time frame and she even charged my card and auto shipped me the next months system. [redacted] said that all I need to do is ship back the bottles and I would get a full refund within 7-10 business days. Today is day 14 and I still haven't rec. my refund. Starting on day 11 I've been calling and emailing trying to speak with someone about this. No one will answer me. When I call I get voice mail boxes and I've emailed 3 times as well. I'v left multiple voice mail about this to. No call back. I was left with no choice but to file a complaint in hopes that someone from there will contact me to resolve this. It's very frustrating that they have my money and wont refund it. What made me buy this system and try it out was the warranty. Upon using it, I started getting horrible headaches and still have them. Hence why I was advised by doc to stop it immediately. The cost that I should be refunded is the cost of 2 systems, $67 + $97. But I can't speak with anyone about this.Desired Settlement: Can someone please contact me to resolve this!

My name is [redacted], and my company/team took over Insulite Labs the first week of February 2014. During this time we've experience a multitude of customer issues that had not been previously resolved, including [redacted] refund delay, due to the transition. In the last 4 weeks my team has handled and resolved customer issues, including [redacted]'s, in most cases working with the former owner of Insulite Labs to cooperate with our customers' needs.
[redacted] had written to us at Insulite on [redacted] private messages which is where I first saw the complaint. By February 20th, I was able to get in touch with [redacted] to ensure her situation and refund had been taken care of. Again, I do not believe anyone at Insulite - before we transitioned - meant to ignore [redacted] or any other customers. I'm sure it was a simple oversight and for that we are taking responsibility.
Here is the note I received from [redacted] on 2/20: "Hello, I already rec. my refund. The woman I finally spoke with was very
polite and helped me asap. Thank you though for helping."
Since then she has stated to one of our customer care team members that she would withdraw her Revdex.com complaint. She is a lovely person and one to whom I wish the best of health and happiness.
Please let me know if there is anything else we should be aware of in the meantime.
