Hello,
As the insured's letter states, I added coverage when he called to add his pole shed. At the time of the claim I spoke with [redacted] (adjuster for AAA) regarding the hail damage. He informed me that he turned in the claim for...
both the gutters and the pole shed roof and that [redacted] (AAA in house claims rep) deemed it cosmetic and denied the coverage on the roof.

The business apparently feels no responsibility for anything. So what is an agents job? Are insurance agents licensed professionals or what are they??? Insulting response really!
