As usual, Tim H***, Owner of Sparkle Pool Service, is a liar, cheat, and thief, and this is how he displays the message in his response to you. He never tells the truth in anything that he responds to or when he sells a product so that is what I want to ensure all customers know if they buy anything from him and I just had my automatic pool cover fixed today from *** and it WORKS perfect now so I know for SURE that Sparkle had no clue what they were doing.
1. First off, Sparkle Pools did not install the automatic pool cover until October, 2015, and it was not in September, 2015. That is an out and out lie. I did not submit a final payment of $that I held back and wish I had never paid it because I wanted the pool cover to work properly and they came out in May, 2016, and Tim promised me it would be fixed but I had to pay this balance in advance. Therefore, I did pay the balance in advance of Tim sending anyone out to my house and guess what, the pool cover was times worse after he sent someone out to work on my automatic pool cover in May, 2016, than when it originally had been. IT is not true that I agreed the pool cover was working properly when they left in May, 2016, as I was not even home when they left so this is a LIE.
2. I spoke with Tim H*** after he sent someone out in May, 2016, and he told me that he would not "do what *** recommended" and if he sent someone back out they would fix it the best way "they know how" and I have a warranty on the pool cover fabric and if it is not installed properly, then it will tear the fabric. Tim is well aware of this and he just did not want to send anyone back out to fix it and that was his way of trying to get out of it.
3. I will forward all the emails between Tim H*** and myself during the timeframe for the pool cover installation during so you can get the real picture of what was going on and not a lie from Tim H***. My husband never says anything but he even said "that place should be shut down from selling anything" after they left our house in May, 2016, and did such a *** job of working on the pool cover.
