Non-delivery of vehicle purchased at agreed time. Non-Refund of $11,500 payment paid.
On November 9, 2018 I made known my intention to purchase Toyota Avalon XLE Plus/Premium/Tours/LTD with Stock number XXXXXXXXX. Year 2016 by making a down payment of $1,000 using my VISA card. The payment was made to Insurance Auctions Inc.
On November 13, 2018 I mailed by Fedex a Cashier's check for $10,500 to complete the $11,500 transaction.
After completing the payment, I did not hear from Insurance Auctions Inc. All attempts to communicate with them on all the phone numbers were not answered or returned
After five months of waiting for the car, I decided to ask for my refund. Insurance Auctions Inc gave a lame excuse that the car had some problem and I should give them time to get me another car. I was convinced that the company just wanted more time and had no intention of getting me another car. Besides, I had waited for so long and decided to purchase another vehicle so I did not need their vehicle any more. I insisted I needed my full refund.
By April 22, Insurance Auctions Inc sent me a check for $8,050 with a proviso that I have to sign an agreement that I would not take them to court before I can cash the amount.
I do not see what this company has done to merit 30% of my hard-earned money after inconveniencing me for five months in a row and even refusing to talk to me after collecting my money.
I feel I have been defrauded and I would want Revdex.com to make me whole again by ensuring that I am fully refunded.
The argument that I was informed of the penalty in asking for refund does not hold water. If the company was going to demand 30% penalty if I seek a refund, there should have been a full disclosure. There was not one.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund of my $11,500 paid back to me.

These company's Salvage world auctions and Insurance Auto Auctions Inc are fraud. We sent them $35,500.00 last summer for a truck. Never received the truck and than they stopped talking to us and will not send our money back. We are working with a lawyer to sue them, but they will not contact our lawyer . Do not send them money.

I called world salvage auction to inquire about a vehicle listed online, *** gave me misleading and inaccurate information about the vehicle
I called world salvage auction to inquire about one their vehicles listed online and had the pleasure of speaking with ***, who informed me the vehicle had been repaired and was in a minor accident. The vehicle was listed for 36,000 and we negotiated for 28,000 over the phone. Stock# CXXXXXXXX LEXUS G450, BLACK. The pictures posted online did not reviewed the damage, inside and outside pictures, frame damage under the hood info was completely hidden from the public. I proceeded to insure a check for 28,000 from my bank and also was very worried about the condition of this vehicle because it was online. Every day I continue to check for info about this vehicle and ran a vin check and found that this vehicle had a major accident and the body was completely destroyed. I called *** who denied that there were no such accident and that the vehicle had a minor accident and the damage has been repaired. I wasn't satisfied with his statement, I called an inspection officer in that location to help me inspect the vehicle. Paid $200 for inspection and he stated on his video recording which I will send as an attachment for your reviewed about the condition of the vehicle. He advised that the vehicle is not worth buying and that I shouldn't spend money on such vehicles. immediately after the inspection was completed, I called ***/ *** and informed them of my findings and as a result, I won't be buying this vehicle and that they proceed to auctioning the vehicle. Same day, the vehicle went through through auction and I monitored the sales online. One month later, I got a letter in the mail for 2,800 sent to collecting agency that I owed them. I contacted my Lawyer and he reviewed all the information and sent a letter to the collecting agency to stop harassing me with calls.
World salvage auction mislead consumers with inaccurate information by posting fraudulent pictures that would attract consumers knowing that what was posted is accurate. I will be attaching video of the inspection and also text messages between me and the company for your review and determination. I wonder what would have happened to me if I didn't have an inspection officer inspect that vehicle. 28,000 is a lot of money to play with. Please review the attached and make this salvage company post accurate info online like IAA . Also, I want the collecting agency to stop calling me. I want them to refund my registration fees and also asked the collecting agency to stop harassing me.

Desired Outcome

The salvage world auction should call their collecting agency and ask them to stop harassing me . I want the salvage auction to refund my registration fees. and i need a letter of apology from them for misleading information about their vehicles.

Salvage world Auction and Insurance Auction Inc are the same fraud companies, I paid them the sum of $5000 for a ford van. and van was never delivered. the addresses they use are all fake. one in Dallas Nad in Miami FL. these are mother *** SCAM entity. Nothing goof comes from them. I am advising the general public to stay away from these two companies., these are fraud

Purchased a 2016 Honda Civic, wired funds $4,500 and never received vehicle. Communication became less and prolonged.
I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from Sara *** for amount of $5,000 and completed the wire transfer $4,500 on Sept 22, 2017 with an already $500 deposit. The wire was from my bank *** to *** XXXXX) Routing #XXXXXXXXX, Acct# XXXXXXXXXX.
Sara *** informed me it would be up to 3 days to clear title and that she would be in contact after they receive title to coordinate transport and delivery. I emailed Sara multiple times and after Sept 26, 2017, finally spoke over the phone and she mentioned that the vehicle has not been released by the DMV and could be a week or so to clear. After a couple weeks past, I started calling and email but no responses. Given the hurricane disasters, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited but continued to call every couple days and left messages but no call backs. After a couple got a call from Robert ***(Robbie)said Sara is no longer there and he will be assisting me from here on. On Oct 5, Jason *** reached out to me via phone. Robbie and Jason seem to be the same person from what it sounded like. *** indicated no resolution has been updated with 2016 Honda Civic and offered to continue looking for other vehicles to compensate all the while asking me have I retracted the wired funds. Thought it was odd question but NO I have not. I email Jason new stock numbers to look up but "working on it" was the only reply I received. After no forward progress, Oct. 9, 2017, I email *** asking for any update and I would like move forward and request a refund or retraction of the funds, No reply.
Oct 18, 2017, I contacted Jurgen *** and he said that he'd look into the situation and have someone call me. Oct. 25, 2017, I proceeded with my bank to recall the wired funds. Oct 26, 2017 the following day received a call from Jason ***. I explained to Jason that I've waited long enough and not getting nowhere and would no longer do business with them and need to move on. He insisted I cancel the wire recall and he'll find another vehicle for me. I stressed to Jason that it's taken too long and I really want to move on. Jason became irate and said he has seen many customers like me that think they are so smart to contact their bank and recall the funds. Jason then threaten me that with my last breath and energy, that I would go through *** before I get my money back. He assured me he'd make sure of that if I did not give in to him. I was so surprised of the tone and said I'm not canceling the recall. I ask to speak with upper management but he strongly voiced that he is. I then texted Jurgen of the incident. Jurgen informed me that he is Vice President of company and that's unacceptable and he'll get it resolved. Still nothing. Nov 15, 2017 a mass email was sent out from Member Service by Gwyne *** saying Salvage world auctions is under new management and they would be in touch 24-48 hours to resolve account issues. Many people in the email responded with similar experience and that *** World Auction has scammed them too.
Today I received an update from *** indicating wire recall was denied. I tried to call Member Service to get in touch with Gwyne *** regarding the emails today but got Robbie or Jason instead. Robbie said I sounded familiar. With previous bad conversation I gave Robbie a false name (Tommy)and that I'm with Elite Garage and the call was to discuss an email sent to multiple people including me from Gwyne. He became very defensive in an irate tone and insisted we discuss it now. I said I would not discuss with anyone else but Gwyne and said bye. After some missed calls on the land line *** Garage), I received a call from "Gywne" on my cell phone indicating she missed a call from me. After confirming that it's me, Jason got on the phone. I asked if this was Robbie or *** and what happen to Gwyne? He then answered "I fired her ***".

Thank You

Desired Outcome

Would like to just refund.

Salvage world auctions in my opinion is the most unprofessional, unorganized and impersonal company I've ever dealt with. Paid $24k for an RV and promised as soon as money cleared I'd have bill of Sale. Well money cleared and now 12 days later no bill of sale, no title, no returned emails and still have no clue where to pick RV up at.

I placed a bid online for $800.00. Received a call stating my offer was outbidded by a different auction. I asked for a refund I was hung up on.
Occured on November 1,2017. Made a payment of $500.00 with my *** and asked for a refund and was hung up on.

Desired Outcome

Refund

I purchased a vehicle from Salvage World Auctions and they were very helpful. Although skeptical at first my experience was smooth and seamless I understood what I was purchasing and took into consideration I was buying a salvage vehicle that was totaled by an insurance company. I am set to make about $5000 profit on my vehicle after restoring it so I am very happy, thank you Robert and Jurgen for assisting me.
