[redacted] Before I brought the car in your auction I called you and I asked what do I need to sell my vehicle I just bought it and I want to sell it The title is still in somebody else's name,can I sell it and your auction? The lady who answers the phone said I need to bring the title and I have to fill up a paperwork in the auction .I came to the auction and I had my car with me with the title in my handThe lady gave me the paperwork and I filled it up and I gave her the title and she said that's all She needs.It was my first time buying a car and I did not know that I have to sign the back of the title it was so easy for me to sign the title because I had it but I did not know and a lady in the office at the auction did not tell me that she Took the vehicle and she asked me do you want to pick up the check or do you want me to mail it to you ,I brought you the bill of sale that the guy gave me it's a legit bill of sale I don't know why signature did not match but this is what he gave me how come I stole the car and I stole the title they taking advantage of me it is not their money that they are holding in you the bank $3400 it mine

transfer the ownership of the title and register the vehicle in his name. Since the title was not transferred into Mr. [redacted]'s name when we sold the vehicle we made the check for proceeds out to [redacted] whom was the last legal and titled owner. Mr. [redacted] brought in supporting documents to prove he purchased this vehicle from [redacted] and was the new owner, but the signature on the document did not match [redacted]' signature on the title and we believed it was forged by Mr. [redacted]. There is no way to prove the sale was legit and that this vehicle is not stolen. To avoid all of these issues he could have simply abided by DMV regulations and titled the vehicle in his name.
