Her roof was installed Nov, She called other roofing companies before she contacted the office directly The address and phone number is listed on every contract:ICRC ROOFINGCollins LaneLouisville, KY [redacted] When she phoned the main office for the first time she informed us that she is warning ICRC that she is sending a certified letter/bill from a another roofing company that she called.Thank you, [redacted] ***

You have a pattern of NEVER contacting the company you should contact to correct/deal with any and ALL issues that you as the customer would have with a company you are doing or did business with especially that you have contract with I did receive your letter, but I will need the invoices from the roofing company you called to do the work you wanted that company to do At that point I can move forward with this matter You can always fax/email/scan/call the office directly even on weekends I answer!Have a nice day

As of today April 25, ICRC located at Collins Lane Louisville, KY 40245/ *** has not received any letter of any kind from Ms*** No one would ever inform a customer "that the would be sorry for contacting Revdex.com" as this is a very important tool for every company who is accredited Furthermore, no one was abusive from ICRC I can't address any issue if I am not aware of any issueIwill wait for the paperwork Ms*** sent to arrive and review it at that timeAgain, contracts have phone number and address for reasons...Thank you,*** *** ***-ICRC RoofingCollins Lane Louisville, KY 40245/ *** ***

As Mr.[redacted] is a senior partner of ICRC why would I have felt that it was necessary to contact any other person. Unfortunately the address listed on his business card was invalid. I will forward you a copy of the invoice from [redacted] Roofing by certified mail. At this point I have not received the written estimate from the painter but the amount listed in your letter of $850.00 is for repair and painting the master bedroom ceiling and the vaulted ceiling in the living room. As soon as I receive that estimate I can forward you a copy.

Regards,
[redacted] I will forward a letter to ICRC detailing all of my out of pocket expenses to have my roof repaired properly, and my ceilings repaired and painted I have photos of the roof and my damaged ceilings. Those will not be made available to them unless they are willing to pay for copies or in small claims court. My letter to Mr.[redacted] came back as undeliverable. Yes, I was told I would be sorry and yes the person was abusive .

CONSUMER REBUTTAL(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)As Mr. [redacted] was listed as a senior partner for ICRC on his business I did not know that I needed to contact anyone else. On March 24, 2016 I went to the Post Office to mail him a certified letter and the Postmaster told me I had the wrong zip code. I did not have his card with me but in my car I had the original contract. I actually was looking for his address when I noted the Louisville address and phone number. I did not call them to make a complaint, I called to find out if he was actually a senior partner since his address was incorrect on his card. The gentleman(and I use that word loosely) did not give me his name but as soon as I gave mine he became very belligerent and abusive. His language was extremely vitrolic. He informed me that I would be sorry that I contacted the Revdex.com and under no circumstances would I be reimbursed the cost of having my roof repaired. I did not warn him of anything-I simply said that I had sent Mr. [redacted] a certified letter with the cost of the repairs. I find ICRCs response unsatisfactory. After over a year of trying to get the leaks stopped in my roof and again them not showing up when scheduled and not being able to contact Mr. [redacted] I had no choice,it could be weeks before I heard from him again. We were due to have heavy rains and my master bedroom ceiling could not handle anymore water. This company needs to do the right thing and reimburse my costs which are not at $1785.00 as the shingles, siding, and flashing had to be torn off and replaced correctly. I have pictures of the before and after the repairs. I also have pictures of my ceilings with all the water marks from the leaks. I have pictures of the master bedroom ceiling after their repair and paint job. You can see the crack in the ceiling and the fact they did not paint out the edges around the walls and left roller marks all around the ceiling. I feel very justified in my actions and definitely feel that ICRC should reimburse me my cost of having the roof repaired correctly.Regards,[redacted]

Ms. [redacted], contact ICRC directly.  You have wasted enough time and energy already without contacting the PHONE AND ADDRESS ON YOUR CONTRACT.[redacted]

Revdex.com, First, thank you for your service. As for this customer, he has emailed me several times threatening nasty borderline, slanderous messages. I will not be bullied! ICRC did nothing wrong in not changing his flashing two and a half years ago. It was NOT on the customer's scope of insurance work as per the inspection by his insurance company. I only agreed to change the customer's flashing free of charge to be customer friendly as said customer was very hostile. I have never told said customer--or any customer--to "stick it". Justly, I do not feel obligated to apologize for something that is, frankly, far-fetched and untrue. I have told the customer on several different occasions that ICRC will handle the flashing. I even went as far to communicate with the customer and schedule a date (weather permitting) on which the work could be completed. This was clearly not up to par with the customer, as he has not cooperated in letting ICRC finally handle the issue of his flashing. To clarify, ICRC agrees to willingly address the issue of this customer's flashing free of charge in a professional and thorough manner. However, I, as owner of ICRC,will not debase myself to a forced public apology after I have clearly not done anything to personally affront this customer. That is the best I can offer, and I do hope that suffices. Seeing as the chimney flashing was NOT on the customer's initial insurance scope, I believe this to be more than fair.Thank you,[redacted]ICRC

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond here ONLY]We can provide numerous emails from tis firm to confirm the following issues 1. once contacted about complaint, they ignored it 2. contacted second time about complaint they sent an unqualified mechanic with a tube of caulk out to house ,instead of replacing the flashings. 3. management never came out to my house to inspect the complaint, to date ,they still have not 4. after I sent unskilled mechanic packing I called the office, talked to owners husband, which was very confrontational.  he disagreed with everything . I hung up 5. after several more emails and getting manufacture involved, they finally offered to install new flashings, at my cost !!!!  never admitting doing anything wrong. 6, I rejected. after more emails and more strong arming from the manufacture ,the roof installer final sid they would install all for free. at their cost.  7. at this point ,due to weather , I have not accepted this offer ,nor have they ever admitted to be wrong in any of the above circumstances, even to the point of bringing in their lawyer.  8. this company is anything but friendly to the customer.  much fighting, many insults, (owner told me to stick it )  , no responsibility, failure to visit site,  I ask that the flashings be replaced at their cost and that they publish a public apology to me for putting us through all of this for four months. if you need all of the emails from them   let me know.  you will find it quite contradicts their response to you.
Regards,
