Ameriehealth and Cigna made a grave mistake to employ this company. They are playing games and probably floating the money in the stock market because they do not want to pay you. I have been waiting since December 2018 and nothing yet, its March 22. They state its because they had the wrong address. I have found they have had the wrong address on me twice and that was after two months I was assured they did. One rep I spoke to is stating the names of people I spoke to there do not exist even though the number I called was documented and of course I was speaking to people who were there looking at this claim in question I have been getting the royal run around and they owe me close to 1000 dollars that is part of my income I rely on as a sole practitioner. They have no shame. DELAY TACTICS ARE US OR THEY ALL ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. One or the other, this mess cannot be anything else. ITS BLATANT THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES AND ANYONE CAN SEE It. My original payment was supposedly sent to an address that NEVER existed for me. And I was being lied to about them sending my checks to the proper address, now almost two months later. This issue is still had not been resolved.

Review: Billing errors in excess charges to customer of approximately $1,000 beyond plan-stated out-of-pocket-maximum per insurance coverage has now dated back to health service dates of service July 2013. Since the company finally admitted to excess charges in 2014, they have reluctantly made adjustments and corrections only after the customer has insistently followed up via phone, email and employer contacts. Most often, IDA has taken up to 4 to 6 weeks to reply to basic customer inquiries about billing. The remaining adjustment of $344.87 is unresolved.

On 6/24/14, IDA indicated this payment directly to us (customer) would be in the next 'check run'. After a month delay we followed up and on 7/28, when they indicated we'd receive the check 'in a week or so'. After the customer followed up again many times, on 8/818/14, IDA stated the check was mailed to the provider instead of the customer, and has yet to provide any explanation. Further, the provider states no adjustment has been made of this amount and the customer is currently receiving collections notices and attorney's letters regarding the check.

IDA'S billing errors, failure to address billing error adjustments in a timely manner, and lack of communication and follow through is completely negligent.Desired Settlement: Mail check of $344.87 directly to the customer at our home address, as initially indicated due to necessary correction in billing errors.
