Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: you have yet to provide the verified copy which was submitted to the insurance company once the id was providedYou did not resubmit it until after the complaint was madeThis company appears to lack in good customer serviceThey made the mistake and then tell me that only one person can assist me with my issueThe owner and the worker have been very rude in addressing the issue and refuse to answer my questions regarding [redacted] not submitting the renewed license to the insurance company in a timely fashion Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes made, she tells me she will not discuss my insurance policy with me and I pay my money to a company who offers terrible customer service It should not be okay for them to treat their customers this wayWhile talking with her on the phone, she hung up the phone on me without an apologyI am not responsible for her mistake, and I am completely appalled by such terrible customer service Sincerely, [redacted] ***
