Sent: Friday, June 24, 9:AM Subject: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] To whom it may concern, GulfMark Energy, Inctransports crude oil and distributes revenue for the wells when requested by the operator of the oil well We began doing business with [redacted] Oil & Gas in February 2016, and this well was listed on their contract, but at the time did not have production for us to purchase Our first purchase for this well was during the month of April, and realizing we needed to distribute the revenue to the interest owners, we requested the information from Inspire, as we had not yet been provided the owner names or decimal values We received the information for the owners, including Mr***, on April 25th and proceeded to send out Division Orders on the same day to verify that they still own the interest We received the executed document back from Mr [redacted] on May 16th, which was after we had already began processing checks for disbursement in May We informed Mr [redacted] that his revenue would be released with our next check run in June, and since he has filed this complaint, we have issued a check to him for his portion of the revenue for April and May production This payment was made within days from the end of the calendar month in which the oil production was sold, which is allowed by the [redacted] (a) for subsequent oil production, even though this is our first purchase of production from this well We will continue issuing checks to Mr [redacted] each month, so long as there is oil production purchased during the prior monthPlease let me know if you have any questions regarding this matterThank you, Casey [redacted] Division Order Administrator Land Department [redacted]
