We orders some wrist bands that were not made correctly so we notified the company the same day we received them and they asked us to email photos of the bandsWe sent the photos and asked for a refund and a shipping label to return the bands per the wrist-band.com return policyIn response, they asked us to ship the bands back and email them the shipping receipt which they would reimburseThey refunded the bands, but are now refusing to reimburse the return shipping charge The wrist-band.com return policy states: Refund Method Return label will be provided for return of products and refund will be processed upon return of products and once the issue has been confirmed, customer will receive the refund within to days Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs If issue has been confirmed, we will pay the complete shipping cost

I received an email this morning form [redacted] advertising free lanyards for Memorial Day when you purchase or more lanyardsWhen I tried to place my order the cost for the "free" lanyards was $dollars more than the cost for lanyardsI contacted the company first through their customer support chat and then by emailThrough both channels the reps claimed that the price difference was a mistake by the website team and refused to honor the free pricing that was advertisedWhen I came to the Revdex.com website I realized that they have run this same advertising scam before, at least as far back as March An order of lanyards was $ An order of 100+100FREE lanyards was $ I took a screenshot of the pricing as well as the add and customer service chat so that you can verify the deceptive practice

Simply liars, I had a guaranteed delivery date and when the date arrived no order showed up, I called up and they gave me a totally new date which was after my event, the person on the phone didn't even try to apologies, Would never buy from them againSAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY STAY AWAY

On 9/7/I placed an order for custom wrist bands for a charity event that I was participating in to honor a cousin who I recently lost to a drunk driver The order was placed *** *** *** On September 17th I received a text from *** notifying me that my order had been delivered I checked my mailbox and there was no package I proceeded to go to the apartment complex's office to check for that package They never received it I waited hours (per the delivery email I received from *** and contacted their *** *** on Monday, September 19th only to talk to a representative who informed me that I needed to contact the *** I asked to speak to a supervisor as I was upset that I was basically being given the run-around and was informed that there were no supervisors available to speak with me The next afternoon (10/20/16) I physically went to my local post office to check to see if they were possibly holding the package at their locatio

I received an promotional email from them for free lanyards when you purchase lanyards I put everything into my online cart but decided to open a second internet screen without the promo code to make sure it was the same price as only lanyards The price was actually 41% more expensive than lanyards When I called their help line the customer service member told me there was nothing he could do and that the marketing team releases those emails He said he could not transfer my call because the marketing team does not take their calls They should be ashamed of taking advantage of customers that do not double check the math before ordering This is a complete scam

I ordered custom lanyards for my unit (total) from this company, which were produced and delivered in a quick and timely manorAfter minor wear (less than an hour in most cases) several of the metal clips on the lanyards brokeThey were very brittle and just snapped off with little forceI contacted the company about the problem, sent pictures, and asked to returned them for a refund since they were defectiveThey offered to make more at a discount rate, which I declined due to lack of faith in their productEventually they gave me their mailing address and I sent the lanyards backThey received them on September from *** (verified via tracking number), but still have not refunded my money or made any effort to rectify the problemI have e-mailed them several times since they have received them, and they either will not respond or just tell me to waitI have saved the e-mail trail between me and custom lanyards, and have images of the defective products

I was looking to purchase some lanyards from this company on their *** ***They advertise that their lanyards are as low as $per lanyardNo matter how many I order or what options I choose I am unable to get anything below $per lanyardWhen I asked for help I was told that $is their raw material price without assemblySo I asked how many sets of raw materials I needed to purchase to get the $priceI was told that I could not buy the raw materials for this price
I understand that the vendor is able to set whatever pricing they wishThey should not be allowed to advertise a price in order to draw people in to their *** I checked the *** thoroughly and nowhere is it mentioned that this is a raw material cost only

It made me click at least one star but I tried to give no stars Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company This company needs to be shut down They're a scam, advertising things that aren't true I placed an order for wristbands needed for an event days later I paid over $in shipping for their "guaranteed next day delivery" as advertised on the site Guess what? No wristbands the next day When I tracked them through the FedEx site, I discovered they were going to be late and I wouldn't have them for the event I called the call line, and was just told they would issue a shipping refund once I finally did receive the wristbands I was told "shipping is out of our hands" to which I replied "then you shouldn't advertise GUARANTEED next day delivery if "shipping is out of your hands!!" So now I will have wristbands with nothing to do with them I am LIVID Should've done my research on this company and known it was too good to be trueThere's absolutely no reason a company like this is still in business None

I have been waiting for my refund from a cancelled order for days and after requests and receiving the same answer that my refund will be received in the next to business days, I still have not received it I have contacted the customer service team again today for a 4th time I was again assured that my refund will be expedited I have very little confidence that this will be the case I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED in this VERY POOR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE Perhaps the company only cares about fulfilling orders, but has no regard to keep the customer satisfied for any future business if they needed to cancel an order

I recently ordered ID ***When they arrived, their appearance is very unprofessional and not quality workI immediately contacted the company and explained the situation, asking for the return address and refund when they receive the product backThey kept delaying the situationOn their website, it clearly states that if the customer is not 100% satisfied, a full refund will be givenThey are acting like this is not going to happen

As a follow up to the Summer Hoop Fest I would like to first thank you for providing your services to ensure the wristbands were completed Upon reviewing my notes and taking inventory of those items here were the areas of opportunity I have identified:
• Wristband Order was incorrect
o As noted below the options given and acknowledged was that we would remove the logo from the design
o OPTION 1: Provide an accommodation in the form of a refund back to the original payment method
o OPTION 2: Provide an accommodation in the form of a voucher to be redeemed for future orders, without an expiration date
• Wristband Order was not sent to production as promised
o The order as submitted had not had the option of receiving a proof, which delayed the shipping and production of our order
o This then caused an additional fee to be charged to our order
o OPTION 1: Reimbursement of the additional shipping charges billed

This is absolutely the worst company you could ever deal withI ordered wristbands to use for my father's funeral overseasThey made a guarantee that I will get the wristbands two days before my travel dateOne day before traveling, I had not received the items and made several calls to their customer serviceI even offered to pay extra so the items could be shipped overnightThey assured me I would get them the next dayThe bands finally arrived five days after I traveledNow I'm stuck with worthless wristbands and they refused to refund the money even though it was entirely their faultThis is one of the worst experiences I've had with any company
