Review: This company agreed to refund our prior month's payment of $75.97 on 10/18/13. I spoke with and exchanged emails with Lissette Martinez regarding this subject. Each month I inquire about non receipt of check. Every month, via email; Lissette tells me you should see your refund before month end, at the beginning of the month, etc. As of 1/17/14 we still do not have said refund.Desired Settlement: It's a small amount ($75.97). I see no reason why a refund check cannot be issued immediately.
