I have received the complaint for the address [redacted] First off, I apologize for any inconvenience that I created. In our yearly contract, we put out a detailed schedule of exact time frames that we will be on the streets in the [redacted]. We were on [redacted]...

right on schedule on October 26th in the afternoon. We did every house on [redacted] BUT [redacted] who was not home and the water to the irrigation system was still on so we could not winterize her system. We tried back several times with no luck. It clearly states in the contract that the customer MUST BE HOME on the dates provided for the service to be done. These contracts and schedule are sent out well in advance in the Spring. Like I said, we did everyone on [redacted] but hers. So its not like we just didnt show. What happened to me personally is my mother who lives in Florida became very ill. I had to fly down there to take care of her and to take care of the selling of her house etc. It was a very trying time on me and my family. Thats why I was not around in the beginning of Dec. Its not an excuse, but a reason. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience that I created. I have been doing business in the [redacted] for almost 30 years now with great customer satisfaction over the years. I will absolutely make any and all repairs to [redacted] sprinkler system at no charge. The date that we are schedules to be on [redacted] for the Spring activation is April 12th. I will make sure the repairs are done and the system is checked on that date. Its just too cold right now in New Jersey to be working on water outside. April 12th at about 3pm we will be there.
